Niger State APC Urges Muslims To Pray For Government

All Progressives Congress (APC) in Niger State, on Sunday, called on all Muslims to utilise the month of Ramadan to pray for the success and development of the State and at all levels.

In a statement by the Publicity Secretary of the party, Jonathan Vatsa in Minna, the APC called on all Nigerlites to use the period to re-dedicate themselves, pray for the state and the APC government to have a divine favour to continue to deliver its best to the people of the state.

The party urged all Nigerlites to draw lessons from the period of Ramadan and noted that in all things we are equal before Allah SWT, which makes it more demanding of all of us to seek forgiveness and forgive others.

According to him, the lessons inherent in the Ramadan, showed the equality in human existence because every Muslims both old, young,rich and poor, are tasting what others feel.

Vatsa enjoined all Muslims to use the period to build the spirit of tolerance, perseverance and maintain peaceful co-existence and harmony for the agents of change in Niger state, to deliver the real dividend of democracy to the people.

We therefore call on all Muslims Umma to join hands in this period to pray for the success of the APC government in the state, led by the Executive Governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello
