NBA legend Kobe Bryant and soccer demigod Lionel Messi snap a succession of dueling selfies from exotic locations around the world in an ongoing competition to one-up one another.
This ad comes as a sequel to last December's "Legends on Board" spot, in which Bryant and Messi performed a succession of tricks while competing for the attention of a young fan.
Turkish Airlines' new spot starring the sports idols is called, appropriately enough, "The Selfie Shootout." It comes after a banner year for the digital generation's favorite mode of photo"selfie" was named the Oxford Dictionaries' official Word of the Year for 2013. Watch Ad below:
Whether it all adds up to a repeat of last December's viral smash hit for Turkish Airlines remains to be seen.
