Lamborghini has one-upped its rivals at Ferrari by building an exotic car Lamborghini Egoista with room for only the driver onboard.
The Lamborghini Egoista (translated, it means “selfish”) concept car is about as uncompromising and exclusive as any vehicle can get. Created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Lamborghini, the Egoista pushes the limits for an automaker that is already known for building some of the world’s fastest and most outlandish sports cars.
Forget your friends and luggage, the Lamborghini Egoista is a pure driving machine that has been created to cater to the whims of the automotive world’s wealthiest and most demanding clientele. Inspiration for this one-of-a-kind supercar included everything from rampaging bulls, to the cockpit of an Apache helicopter.
If the Egoista reaches production, expect its price to stretch into the millions. Earlier this year, Lamborghini launched the Veneno supercar to celebrate the company’s milestone birthday. Revealed during the annual Geneva Motor Show, the Aventador-based Veneno costs roughly $4-million per copy. Only 4 examples of the Veneno will be built, including the Geneva show car, and each one has already found a buyer.
