Olamide Becomes First Nigerian Ambassador for Alcoholic Beverage 'CIROC'
Olamide has signed a multi-million Naira endorsement deal with alcoholic drink Ciroc Ultra Premium vodka according to inside sources and will become the first Nigerian ambassador for the alcoholic beverage.
The inside source also added that the deal has been signed and sealed already and the money would be paid to the rapper in three instalments. "That is how huge it is", the insider said.
Ciroc, produced and distributed by Diageo is looking at promoting their brand in West Africa after launching in 2011.
By signing Olamide as ambassador, Ciroc is adopting the similar marketing model practised in the US; the likes of Sean Combs, French Montana, Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, Ray Jay, Funkmaster Flex are all ambassadors for the drink.
