This video is dumb, social networking is a great way to not be lonely. Right now for instance, without the internet I'd be bored in my room with no one to interact with. Instead, I'm on youtube reading the comments of hundreds of people and posting a comment that I know hundreds will see. It decreased the feeling of being alone, which is a good thing.
ReplyDeleteYour statement is kind of the point of this entire point. You would be bored in your room because you have the illusion of interactions. How many of these people on here or even on FB would come hang out with you in a power outage? Or how many people could you call up just to hang out? If you are bored you have proven the points of this movement. ( I am speaking to the choir on this one because I get bored when I am not on the computer too. ) I am just sayin we prove this point loud and clear that we cannot find something else to keep ourselves busy other than the internet when we have a big wide world full of people every time we open our door.
