According to piracy news site TorrentFreak, HBO’s "Game of Thrones" is the most illegally downloaded show of 2013.
The series’ season-three finale according to the site was illegally downloaded 5.9 million times, most within a week after it aired in June.
This is the second year in a row that the American fantasy drama television series created for HBO by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss has taken the dubious honour.
AMC’s “Breaking Bad” came in a distant second; its finale has drawn a still-whopping 4.2 million illegal downloads.
