A website (voteinniger.com) dedicated to monitoring the elections in Niger State indicates that APC's Abubakar Sani bello is leading PDP's Umar Nasko in the Gubernatorial race by over three hundred thousand votes. The Niger Times hasn't been able to independently verify the results on the site as at the time of this report.

Although final figures are still being compiled by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), our agents reported that the APC was leading in most of the polling units in the state.
