FUT Minna Rated among Top 100 Universities in Africa
Federal University of Technology, Minna has been rated among the top 100 universities in Africa and among the top four in Nigeria.
The Vice Chancellor of the institution, Professor Musbau Adewumi Akanji stated this at the pre-convocation press briefing held at the university’s Senate Chamber, Gidan Kwano Campus, Minna.
Professor Musbau Adewumi Akanji stated that the rating was in recognition of the university’s contributions to academic excellence and infrastructural development over the years.
He disclosed that a total number of 7, 482 students would be graduating in various fields of discipline.
The Vice Chancellor solicited for the continued support and cooperation of lecturers and the host community so as to move the university to greater height.
