11-year-old ZURIEL ODUWOLE Unveiled By Ethiopian Airlines in Lagos

Arguably the most influential 11 year old child in Africa, having been listed in the December 2013 edition of New Africa’s 100 Most Influential Africans alongside Presidents, Business Moguls and leaders of the continent, Zuriel Oduwole was formally unveiled in Lagos on Friday February 7th as Ethiopian Airlines Global Ambassador.

As Africa’s most progressive airline, flying the advanced Boeing 787 Dreamliner – the first and only African airline to do so, Ethiopian Airlines appointed Zuriel as its global brand Ambassador in September 2013 in Virginia, in the USA.

Ethiopian Airlines Nigeria finally had the pleasure of introducing Zuriel to the Nigerian market at a TV, Radio and Newspaper media event at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers, when she passed through Nigeria from her busy schedules.

A few weeks earlier, she had interviewed with the Prime Minister of Lesotho, and also met separately with the Mauritius Minister of Gender and Child Development in the country’s capital of Port Louis, to evaluate the countries progress in children’s education development, having met the President a year earlier.

Currently, she is working on her short documentary for the White House, on how technology transforms education.
