JTF Arrest Bomb Maker in Kano
According to reports by Dailypost, the Kano State Joint Task Force, JTF, has arrested a bomb manufacturer at his residence in the state.
The report further stated that the State spokesperson for JTF, Ikedichi Iweha, in a statement on Sunday said the suspect was arrested after a tip-off around 1: am on Saturday.
The suspect which Iweha refused to reveal the identity was a manufacturer of an Improvised Explosive Devices and his residence, a staging ground for terrorist activities in Kano.
After a raid was conducted at the suspect's residence, three women and three toddlers were released unhurt from the grip of the bomb maker, while five AK 47 rifles, five magazines, 333 rounds of 7.62mm special ammunition and various improvised explosive devices were recovered from the residence.
