Tickets Out For 2013 Beach Soccer Tournament 'Copa Lagos'
Kinetic Sports, organizers of the COPA Lagos Beach soccer tournament over the weekend said the tickets are billed will go on sale Monday (yesterday) just as the Sand Eagles intensify their training to retain the trophy they won last year at the same venue.
The organizers said they were positive that the tickets for the event scheduled for December 13 to 15 will be sold out.
The event, widely regarded as Africa’s biggest beach soccer event will take place on the beachside of Eko Atlantic. A total of six games will be played over the three-day period. Reigning African champions, Senegal, will take on last year’s runners up, Lebanon, in the opening match on Friday, December 13. One of the strongest European sides, Germany, will take on champions Nigeria in the other game.
Other matches will be played on the 14th and 15th December.
“Copa Lagos is much more than football and is a lifestyle event that also showcases a unique beachwear fashion show; a celebrity match, musical concerts, fine cuisine and plenty to party about,” says Michael Smith, the Project Manager for the event.
He said that buying early guarantees fans the best ticket prices and availability for all individual games.
In addition, corporate organizations and individuals can purchase VIP tickets or the all-inclusive package offering that comes with the cabanas.
FCMB official will sponsor the 2013 Copa Lagos Tournament.
