The car was spotted in Rotterdam, The Netherlands showing minor differences in comparison to the S63 AMG.
Noticeable modifications include additional chrome on the front grille, shiny mesh on the front bumper, different multi-spoke alloys along with the obvious "V12 Biturbo" lettering.
Speaking of V12, the engine will reportedly be a 6.0-liter delivering 630 HP (463 kW) and 737 lb-ft (1,000 Nm) of torque. Connected to a 7-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT gearbox, the 2014 S65 AMG should do 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 4 seconds. It will allegedly return 20 mpg US (24.3 mpg UK or 11.6 liters / 100 km).
Deliveries are expected to begin in March, following the car's unveiling in November at the L.A. Auto Show.
