Niger State Commissioner for Education Expresses the State Government’s Commitment to Total Eradication of Polio

Niger State Commissioner for Education, Alhaji Danladi Umar Abdulhamid has expressed the state government’s commitment to the total eradication of polio in the state.

Speaking at the official flag-off of the fifth-round of immunization held in Tegina, in Rafi Local Government Area of the state, Alhaji Danladi Umar Abdulhamid, who represented the State Governor, ex[pressed the state government’s determination towards eradication of polio in the state by December, 2013.

The Governor reminded the Development Partners of the state government’s mission of becoming one of the three top economies in the country by the year 2020.

Governor Aliyu appreciated the support from the traditional institutions in mobilizing their subjects towards the success of the exercise.
