Miguel Falls on Fan's Head while performing at the 2013 Billboard Awards (Video)

Los Angeles singer Miguel  was giving a spirited performance on Sunday night at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards of his song Adorn before a live audience in Las Vegas for the music awards when the 27-year-old tried to hurtle himself over a group of fans during his performance , but his long jump fell short and he clobbered a young woman.

His right thigh struck a dark-haired young woman and violently cracked her against the stage as he landed on her head and settled on his rear.

Miguel later posted a message on Twitter about the incident.
It read: 'got caught up in moment, thank goodness Khyati is okay'
