Funniest Video EVER!! Nigerian Commandant Fumbles On TV (My Oga At The Top)

The Niger Times saw this super-funny video and had to post it. Check out this Lagos State Commandant, Obafaiye Shem, of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC)  speaking as a guest on Channels Television's breakfast program, Sunrise Daily.

Asked to mention the NSCDC's web address, Mr Shem said "I cannot categorically tell you one now." Probed further to name the organisation's website, the commandant said the address is:

"ww dot nscdc dot"



A Channels Television's reporter checked the web address and noticed that it was incorrect. Further search on the internet showed that the correct web address for the Civil Defence Corp is www.nscdc.gov.ng
